General Info:

1. Each rental includes free parking, helmet, bike lock, and storage bag
2. Pickup from 9am to 2pm — Drop off until 6pm
3. Please call for same day bookings

Cancellation Policy:

1. For severe weather on day of rental we provide refund (minus processing fees) or credit
2. Cancellations requested 24 hours before rental time will receive refund (minus processing fees) or credit
3. Cancellations accepted by email only

Pickup Time:

1. Default pickup time is 9:00AM, if you would like to change this, please update in the calendar below.
