Thule Yepp 2 Child Seat Add-On
The Thule Yepp 2 rear-mounted child seat allows one child to ride with an adult renting a compatible e-bike. Our staff will install and adjust the seat before pickup. A child helmet is included.
Compatible E-Bikes
Volt Elegant Step Through, Volt Bravo and Volt Yukon Step Through. Not available with the Volt Urban.
Child Requirements
- At least 1 year old
- Maximum weight: 18 kg (40 lb)
- Maximum height: 110 cm (43.3 in)
- Must be able to sit upright independently and support their head while wearing a properly fitted bicycle helmet
How to Book
- Add a compatible e-bike and the child seat to the same cart
- Select the same rental date and pickup time for both
- If your bike is already booked, book the seat separately and enter your original order number in the Order Notes
Important Information
- Maximum one child seat per bike
- The rear storage bag isn’t available when the seat is installed
- The seat must only be installed, removed or repositioned by our staff
Pickup and Return
- Pickup is available between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM
- The default pickup time is 1:00 PM and can be changed in the booking form
- All rentals must be returned by 6:00 PM

Cancellation Policy
- Severe weather: If severe weather or unsafe riding conditions affect your rental date, choose either a rental credit or a refund, less the 3% payment-processing fee.
- Within 24 hours of pickup: A full refund of the rental charge may be provided for a medical or other serious emergency. All refunds are less the 3% payment-processing fee.
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Choose either a rental credit or a refund, less the 3% payment-processing fee.
- How to cancel: Cancellation requests must be emailed to hello@canmoreebikerentals.ca.
Bravo V2
General Info:
- Each rental includes free parking, helmet, bike lock, and storage bag
- Pickup from 9am to 2pm — Drop off until 6pm
- Please call for same day bookings

- Cancellations requested 24 hours before rental time will receive refund (minus processing fees) or credit
- Cancellations accepted by email only

Volt Elegant Step Through
The VoltBike Elegant Step-Through is a comfortable, easy-to-mount e-bike that’s ideal for relaxed rides around Canmore. Its upright riding position, front suspension, hydraulic disc brakes and 500W motor provide a smooth, stable and easy-to-control ride.
Rental includes: Helmet, bike lock, storage bag and free customer parking.
Pickup and Return
- Pickup is available between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
- The default pickup time is 1:00 PM. You can change it in the booking form.
- All bikes must be returned by 6:00 PM.
